Biography
Eva Fabian is a Program Manager for the Center for Food and Nutrition Policy and the Opportunity for Health Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from San Francisco State University and her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University. Eva has extensive experience in applied epidemiology, including roles with the State of Ohio, the Border Infectious Disease Surveillance Program in San Diego, the Veterans Administration, and, most recently, as an epidemiologist for the City of New York during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her research interests center on the intersection of nutrition and health economics, with a focus on informing policies that increase access to healthy foods and improve population health.
