Biography
Jules Catania received her BA in the Biological Basis of Behavior (Neuroscience) and Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked in life sciences, conducting health economics and outcomes research, predominantly focused on real-world evidence, evidence synthesis, and health policy.
She is passionate about applying epidemiology, behavioral economics, and evidence synthesis strategies, particularly to better understand nutrition-related public health issues, to promote effective food policy, and to advocate for food justice.
